Local Business Consultants Reports

Terms of use.

A practical aid to your own thinking and decisions.

Updated 27 October 2026

1. Access and purpose

These public pages explain Local Business Consultants Reports. The report questionnaire currently operates through limited, owner-managed private access. Publishing these information pages does not open the questionnaire to the public or announce a full public service launch.

The application prepares business priorities reports from the answers supplied by the person using it. Use it only through an access route provided by the owner.

2. Using a report

A report is an informational self-assessment aid, not a validated business diagnosis, an independent audit or a promise of results. Suggestions depend on the answers provided and may be incomplete or unsuitable if the information or context is wrong.

Check the evidence, assumptions and practical consequences before acting. You remain responsible for your business decisions. A report is not a substitute for appropriately qualified legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial or safety advice.

You may keep a copy for your own business planning. Do not present a suggested action, measure or priority as proof that a result has been achieved.

3. Requests and email copies

Provide accurate answers and an email address you control. Do not include confidential customer information, credentials or information you are not entitled to share.

The app asks for explicit confirmation before requesting an email copy. In the current private preview, an email copy can only be requested for the signed-in user’s email address. Sending depends on the connected service being available.

The on-screen report and the email request have separate outcomes. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery, and the app may withhold retries when the outcome is uncertain to avoid duplicate emails.

4. No implied paid engagement

These pages do not take payments. The current check offers a free report; requesting it does not enrol you in marketing, create a paid consulting engagement or authorise additional work.

If you later discuss a service with Chris Parker, its scope, deliverable and any fee must be agreed separately before work starts. Reading these pages or sending an email does not itself book or purchase a service.

Access, features and these terms may change as the application is developed. A future public service would require a separate launch decision and appropriate information for its users.
